A longtime Windward O‘ahu resident, Grace Koreyasu is a seasoned real estate professional with over 34 years of experience guiding clients through Hawai‘i’s dynamic market. A graduate of Castle High School, she studied Sales and Marketing at the University of Hawai‘i’s Kapi‘olani and Leeward Community Colleges. Fluent in Japanese, Grace brings a global perspective and a strong background in travel, hospitality, and customer service to her real estate career.
Licensed since 1990 and a Broker since 1994, Grace has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and results. Before joining Better Homes and Gardens Advantage Realty, she was a nationally and locally recognized, award-winning agent at Locations (formerly Prudential Locations). She holds advanced industry designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), reflecting her ongoing commitment to education and top-tier service.
Grace is also a respected leader in the real estate community. Since 2001, she has served on the Honolulu Board of Realtors’ Professional Standards and Grievance Committees and currently sits on the Board of Directors. As one of the Brokers-in-Charge at the Kailua office, she actively mentors agents and teaches contract classes to support their professional growth.
